I was pleasantly surprised that it’s a family run business and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The Showroom is gorgeous and they have a lot of great displays that are also live that you can interact with.
I dealt with Jeff Watson and he was awesome. He had incredible knowledge of the appliance industry and listened to all the situations that I was dealing with and gave me great recommendations. The owner of the business, Allen Jones, came out and met with me as well. I’ve never had that experience before, so that was refreshing.
Their installation crew was also awesome. I’ve had very bad experiences in the past with other companies so this refreshing to experience.
Overall i couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this company.
