"I was doing a nice kitchen remodel and a friend of mine told me to go in there and check it out. I am so glad that I did I was pleasantly surprised that it’s a family run business and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The Showroom is gorgeous and they have a lot of great displays that are also live that you can interact with. I dealt with Jeff Watson and he was awesome. He had incredible knowledge of the appliance industry and listened to all the situations that I was dealing with and gave me great recommendations. The owner of the business, Allen Jones, came out and met with me as well. I’ve never had that experience before, so that was refreshing. Their installation crew was also awesome. I’ve had very bad experiences in the past with other companies so this refreshing to experience. Overall i couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this company."

"We bought a kitchen aid double oven, dishwasher and cooktop from North-point Appliance spring 2021. In November 2022 the microwave in the convection oven stopped working. They sent out a repair service and we found out the whole double oven would have to be replaced and our factory warranty was only for 12 months so it was not covered and we was out of luck for a very expensive appliance that was only 18 months old. Jeff Watson (Northpoint Appliance ) came to our rescue . He got involved and successfully worked with kitchen aid to replace the double oven at no cost to us. This speaks to the value of buying a quality product from a quality storefront. Northpoint and Kitchen Aid were fantastic to work with and I was so impressed with their willingness to replace a very expensive appliance when they were under no obligation to do so. I highly recommend North-point Appliance and Kitchen Aid, well done -5 stars!"
